EASY RASPBERRY JAM

Ingredients (makes 1 jar)

  • 350g frozen raspberries

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla bean paste

  • 1 dried orange peel 

Method

Add the raspberries, vanilla and orange peel into a saucepan over medium heat and cook for about 5 minutes. Stir often.

Turn odd the heat then add the chia seeds and stir well.

Pour into a jar and let cool fully before putting in the lid.

The jam is ready to eat when cooled and will keep in the fridge for about a week.
