Camille comes from Provence, where she grew up in a hundred year old-stone farmhouse situated in the Luberon. She enrolled in a private catering school in Avignon at the age of 16 and spent 5 years learning the art of cooking.
She then travelled the South of France to gain more experiences, working in Michelin starred restaurants and luxurious hotels in cities like Avignon, Cannes and Nice. Among others, she has worked in worldly known Provencal tables; Christian Etienne (1 michelin star) and luxurious Hotel-Restaurant La Mirande***** (1 Michelin star).
She moved to London in 2012 to learn english and share her love for the provencal cuisine with the British. She worked in the busiest kitchens of the city such as D&D London and Gordon Ramsay’s restaurants. She loved the opportunity to meet new people and share her passion with them. In 2014 she took the position of Sous Chef at The Underground Cookery School and started her journey through teaching.
In 2016, she decided to move the adventure forward by creating Call her Chef, offering tailored Provencal cookery classes, dining experiences and collaborations with international brands. In 2019, she became a certified Nutritional Therapist and has since then worked privately for the finest clients in London.
