PRIVATE COOKING CLASS
A class to enhance your cooking skills and discover the wonderful cuisine of Provence, its products and specialities!
With a passion for the Provencal cuisine, its mediterranean recipes, products of quality and specialities, I will take you for a gastronomic journey in Peter Mayle’s footsteps throughout the Luberon, Marseille and Aix. Using ingredients such as truffles, lavender and olives you will learn recipes that will bring sun onto your plates.
I will prepare for you bespoke recipes depending on your taste, dietary and cooking experiences. I will then take care of everything bringing to you all the ingredients, recipes and equipment you may need during the class. I will spend 3 hours with you, guiding you through all the steps, teaching you the best cooking techniques and answering any questions you may have. I will then leave you to enjoy all the food you have cooked.
